My success story

I started my fitness journey back in 2022. Now for reference, I was a measly 160 pounds standing at 6ft tall. I was always doing random at home workouts such as push-ups, curls, situps, etc but I have never been to an actual gym. To be transparent with you all I was going through a lot around this time. One day my dad took me to planet fitness. I had no idea what I was doing, but I remember picking up a dumbbell and curling it. In this very moment I felt at peace. My mind went completely blank, and I was not focused on what I was going through. I instantly fell in love and day after day, I would look forward to go to the gym. I made a vow that once I came back up to Brooklyn, I would get my own membership at planet fitness. January 6, 2022 was the first day that I ever stepped foot in a gym on my own. From this day on, I was posting my results which led to catching the eyes of many. I had people asking me to personally train them, I gained respect from older people, and overall felt more confident in myself. I am proud to say I stand here today currently 204 pounds of muscle.I am able to travel to different gym impacting others. With my knowledge and experience I am more than confident that I can change your viewpoint on fitness.
